Grievance Mechanisms

All complaints are dealt with carefully by the formulas of Beter Bed Holding. Complaints can be a sign that processes or procedures are not correctly or not fully complied with and are used for (possible) process improvements.


Combined reporting

At present there are several different Grievance Mechanisms within the company. The CSR policy team will examine, together with the management of the formulas, what the best practices are. If it seems desirable and feasible, a company-wide approach, with related reporting, will be adopted in the future.
