Values, principles, standards and norms of behavior such as codes of conduct and codes of ethics.

Beter Bed Holding has developed codes of conduct for its staff and for its suppliers. These codes are aligned with the UN Global Compact.

The suppliers are requested to sign the code of conduct for suppliers. The suppliers of all formulas of Beter Bed Holding with which the organisation has a long-term relationship have all signed the code of conduct. The signing of the code is still in progress for four new suppliers. The Supervisory Board and the Management Board endorse the principles for good corporate governance as set out in the Dutch Corporate Governance Code.

The Corporate Governance Code describes the best practice provisions from the Dutch Code on Corporate Governance (Tabaksblat Code), stating for each best practice provision whether Beter Bed Holding complies with it. If Beter Bed Holding does not or only partly comply with a provision, the reason for this is set out in the last column.
