Significant changes during the reporting period regarding the organisation’s size, structure, ownership, or its supply chain.
A review of a number of retail formulas was carried out in 2013, further to which a formal decision was taken at the start of 2014 to close the formulas Slaapgenoten and Matrassen Concord Netherlands and Belgium. In addition, the Beter Bed formula was reviewed in the latter part of the year, and made more contemporaneous on the basis of a new marketing strategy. This process is completed in 2014. A similar approach is applied to Beddenreus and Matratzen Concord in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in 2014.
A detailed description of the size and development of the organisation is available in the Annual Report in the section Report of the Management Board.
